JOHN J. LAG
John is a graduate of Northwestern University and The John Marshall Law School. He is an attorney, professor, author, arbitrator and mediator who has developed The Art of Purposeful Mediation over a legal career spanning five decades, providing him with invaluable knowledge and experience in the field of dispute resolution. In addition to practicing law, with extensive trial experience, he has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the John Marshall Law School where he designed and taught an L.L.M. course, Negotiation Theory and Practice. He teaches and lectures in Law Schools and Universities in the United States and internationally. He is also a Director of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution, the oldest mediation educational organization of its kind, promoting peacemaking and education, worldwide.
